I, for one do not want to be 'okay,' any longer when it comes to my body. I want to be in shape, and not for the sole purpose of attracting other people. But so that I can feel better about myself. Personally…I hate the weekend. Why? Because all week I go to workouts, and eat well. And then I have hours of nothing, and I forget. Trying to stay strong.
